How to cancel a paid subscription

We're sad to see you go! 😞 Canceling your Pro or Premium subscription is simple.

All you have to do is remove the app from the apps page of your Shopify admin and the subscription will be canceled. Follow these easy steps:

1. In your Shopify admin, click Apps.

2. Choose the app that you want to cancel from the list of your installed apps. In this example, we choose BOOSTER SEO & IMAGE OPTIMIZER.

3. Once the app opens, click on the ellipsis at the upper right corner and choose Uninstall.

4. You may put in a reason why you opt to uninstall the app by choosing from the drop-down menu. Then, click Uninstall.

Please note that the last charge for your app subscription may appear in your Shopify invoice even after you have uninstalled the app. This is because there is a delay between an app subscription renewal and when the charge appears in your Shopify invoice.
