Why can't my staff access the app?
Question: A staff member cannot access the app. What's going on?
Answer: Your staff's Shopify account should be set as a staff account in your store. If that is not set up yet, please see Shopify's help article on managing staff access.
As long as a staff account is logged in to your store's Shopify admin, the account should have access to the app. Please make sure it is the correct staff account logged in to Shopify, and follow the steps listed in Why can't I access the app?
