Duplicate SEO tags?

Question: I see a message in the app that says "Duplicate SEO tags." How can I fix this?

Answer: This error is caused when you have multiple SEO apps installed in your store, or when your theme is generating SEO code. If the "Remove Duplicate Code" button does not work, here are some steps to try:

• If you have other SEO apps, uninstall them in your Shopify admin. Generally, having multiple SEO apps installed causes conflicts in your site's code.
• If you have no other SEO apps installed and the issue persists, it is likely your theme that is generating SEO code. You may need to talk with your theme developer about modifying your theme, but please get in touch with us first so that we can make sure it is not an issue with the app.
