By default, once you enable the Google Snippets feature of the app, the app will look for your Refund Policy URL and Shipping Policy URL. The app will then add it to your structured data in JSON-LD format for Google to find.
Below is an example of both the Refund Policy and the Shipping Policy appearing as structured data on a site using our app:
However, if you are using custom URLs for your Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, there's a chance that the app won't be able to find your Refund and Shipping policies. Which means, it won't be added to your site's structured data.
To fix this, you can simply add your Refund and Shipping policy URLs in our app's Settings page.
Follow these steps:
Launch the app and click View more.
Go to the Settings page.
Scroll down and look for Merchant Listing Policies.
4. Enter your custom Refund and Shipping policy URLs in the fields provided. Then click Save.
