Why can't my staff access the app?

To ensure access to the app, your staff's Shopify account must be set as a staff account within your store. If you haven't set this up yet, you can refer to Shopify's help article on managing staff access.

As long as a staff account is signed in to your store's Shopify admin, that account should have the required access to the app. Make sure that it is the correct staff account logged in to Shopify, and follow the troubleshooting steps outlined in the common question above (Why can't I access the app?).
